PM Visit Pashupatinath Temple & Bouddhanath Stupa.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square is an open museum holding exciting palace, courtyards, royal bath, sculptures, pagodas, Shikhara style temples and Buddhist monastery along with exclusive architecture. In other words, this is the most beautiful Durbar you visit in your Nepal tours. Though 1934 earthquake brought bad luck to its structure, still the remaining monuments are the finest examples of the medieval excellence. Just near the square, you will visit the traditional painting School, the dying art of Nepal which is the best souvenir from Nepal. Besides palace complex, five storied temples with most appreciated architecture, the Pottery Square, Dattatraya Square and Peacock window are some other things to see in Bhaktapur.

Pashupatinath Temple (3Km Northwest of Kathmandu) with its astonishing architectural beauty, stands as a symbol of faith, religion, culture and tradition. Pashupatinath is regarded as one of the most sacred temples of Hindu Lord Shiva in the world and its existence dates back to 400 A.D. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred linga or phallic symbol of Lord Shiva. Thousands of pilgrims from all over the world come to pay homage to this temple that is also known as 'The Temple of Living Beings'. Only the Hindus are allowed to go inside the temple.

Boudhanath Stupa (6 km east of downtown Kathmandu) is the largest stupa in the Valley and one of the largest in the world. It looms 36 meters high and presents one of the most fascinating specimens of stupa design with hundreds of prayer wheels and 108 small images of Buddha all around. The stupa has four sides with the watchful eyes of Lord Buddha. All the Buddhists throng to this stupa to take part in the sacred rituals during the Buddhist festivals.

You can observe the glistening white peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty.  At an elevation lower than that of Kathmandu, it has much more tropical feel to it; a fact well appreciated by the beautiful diverse flowers that prosper in this environment. The enchanting city with a population of around 95,000 has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panaromic views of Himalayan peaks. The valleys surrounding Pokhara is home to thick forest, gushing rivers, emerald lakes and of course, the views of world-famous Himalayas. The serenity of the lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic.

Boating at the Second largest lake, Phewa/Fewa Lake is the center of attraction in Pokhara. It is the largest and most enchanting of the three lakes that add to the resplendence of Pokhara. Here, one can sail or row a hired a boat across to the water or visit the island temple in the middle. The favorite home base for the travelers is the western shore.

Devi's fall remains one of the most visited Tourist Attractions in Pokhara. It is tucked away in the northwestern corner of the Pokhara Valley which is an extension of the Seti Gandaki valley. Devi's Falls also known as the Patale Chhango, can be traced around 2 km south of the spot where the Lake Phewa drains into the Pardi Khola. Here, the terrain drops sharply and the river plunges over the Devi Falls before disappearing into a sink hole. Devi's Falls is a must visit site for you as part of your Sightseeing in Pokhara while you are on your Pokhara Tours.
